Australian Customers: We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
International Customers: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Business Days: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Carrier: Australia Post's regular parcel service
Delivery Time: 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location

Flat Rate Shipping: $15 for all domestic orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order using the Australia Post tracking tool here or via the Australia Post free parcel tracking app.
Ensure to check your email's spam/junk folders if you do not receive the tracking email.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address details, email address, and contact number to avoid any issues or delays with your shipment. Ensure the address is complete and accurate, especially for P.O. Box, Parcel Locker, or Parcel Collect addresses.
8. Delivery Issues
Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after dispatch, please contact Australia Post directly at 13-7678 with your tracking number.
Lost Packages: Thornbury Fashion House is not responsible for packages lost in transit. You agree to our terms by placing an order, which includes accepting the risk of loss after we provide the tracking number. You can track and trace your order with the provided Australia Post tracking number.
